Please bring a poster board, pictures, magazines, postcards, old greeting/Christmas/Birthday cards, mementos, glue, tape, crayons, markers, glitter, paint, and anything that you can conjure up. OR if you love digital, you can dream up a board online through Canva or Trello. We will explore all options and provide links and a blueprint for you to start! Spiritual Truth ✨💖

Knowing that this day is unlike any other and will never be seen again. Instead of #resolutions I resolve, I intend to live and be present 🎁 each day.

To live in spiritual alignment with God, allowing the path to unfold in ways my Ego cannot dismiss or explain.

To be patient and compassionate with myself and others. To be authentic and accountable in every way. Self reflection, awareness and hard truths. To serve and not be depleted. To know my boundaries and instill them.

Letting go of toxicity in every form!

To speak not to be heard, rather to be healed. I will go there, even if it's uncomfortable, clearly comfort is causing pain. Saying I'm hurt, I'm angry, I'm sad, I'm happy, I'm scared, to someone who has triggered something is a good thing!

Confrontation is something my ancestors avoided because it would appear as explosive, uncomfortable and we don't want to make people angry or FEEL things...

That suppressed, repressed energy is stored in our bodies manifesting as an illness. You know that GUT feeling? Spidey senses? The more you dismiss it, the more gut / brain issues you will have. It wants to be released to be healed.

So no more placating, playing the part, the illusion, the be nice...no more!
